What training do your men receive?

Each man receives a 10 day induction course, specialist training for post, and refresher training during the year.

How do you ensure you employ staff with integrity?

A condition of employment is that all staff are subject to an integrity test before employment. This is electronic and very reliable. Staff are also subject to random tests throughout the year.
I have existing in house guards. Will you employ them if I want contract safeguard to do my security?
Yes, as long as they pass our integrity and basic training course .

What equipment do your men carry?

As standard our men are equipped with full uniform, raincoat. They also carry whistle, handcuffs, and baton sticks. In many cases we also provide a radio and pepper spray.

What insurance cover do you have ?

Safeguard are not an insurer. We do our best to prevent loss, but can not guarantee to protect against all losses. Our liability is limited, and this value depends on the type of contract and the services we provide.

We recommend that you retain your own insurance cover.
