Break-In, 27 September 2025, 2100hrs, Ventersburg Drive, Msasa, Harare – The guard on duty reported intruders on site prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival the team heard that three unknown intruders had gained entry into the premises by scaling the precast wall on the southern side. Once inside they stole a pole and deck pen which had been left outside before fleeing the scene using the same entry point.
Robbery, 27 September 2025, 0222hrs, Goodwin Road, Willowvale, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the site prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival the team found that the main door had been forced open and a private guard had been injured. Five unknown suspects armed with iron bars had attacked him before breaking into the offices through the main door. The alarm sounded prompting the suspects to flee the scene before stealing anything. ZRP attended and investigations are underway.
Armed Robbery, 27 September 2025 0115hrs, College Road, Alexandra Park, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the site prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival the guard reported that five suspects, one armed with a firearm, had ambushed him while he was attending to his supervisor at the gate. The robbers seized the guard’s firearm and forced entry into the offices by breaking the reception French door. The alarm sounded causing the suspects to flee without stealing any property. Investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 27 September 2025, 0440hrs, Craster Road, Southerton, Harare – The guard on duty reported that a truck parked within the premises had been broken into and unknown items were stolen. More details to follow as investigations continue.
Theft, 25 September 2025, 0830hrs, Lorely Close, Msasa, Harare – Theft of approximately 70 litres of diesel was reported from a truck which was parked within the premises. The incident came to light, when the driver found the fuel tank cap missing. Upon attempting to start the engine, he confirmed that the tank had been completely drained. The matter is under investigation.
Break-In, 24 September 2025, 0218hrs, Craster Road, Southerton, Harare – A panic signal was received prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival the team reported that they found the main door wide open after unknown intruders had cut 4 padlocks of the main door to gain entry into the building. Once inside they stole 20 litres of hydraulic oil and 35 litres engine of oil. ZRP attended and investigations are ongoing.
Break-In, 22 September 2025, 0100hrs, Bishop Gaul Avenue, Belvedere, Harare – An unknown intruder gained entry into the premises by scaling a precast wall. CCTV footage shows the alarm sounded, and the suspect hid in the toilet. The keyholder confirmed that after the first alarm signal, he reviewed his cameras but did not observe anything suspicious. The incident was only discovered in the morning when the client reported for duty and found the toilet seat damaged, with broken bricks scattered outside. Inspections that tools had been stolen from the workshop.
Break-In, 22 September 2025, Unknown Time, Second Street Extension, City Centre, Harare – Four tyres were reported stolen from the property after an intruder gained access through an unknown entry point. The theft was discovered at approximately 0705hrs by the on-duty supervisor, who noticed a gap on the tyre rack that had been full at the end of his shift the previous day. CCTV footage confirmed that a lone intruder stole the tyres.
Break-In, 17 September 2025, 0212hrs, Kenneth Kaunda Avenue, City Centre, Harare – An alarm signal was received from a business premise located at the intersection of 2nd Street and K. Kaunda Road. A response team was immediately dispatched and upon arrival, the team observed that unknown intruders had created a hole in the roof. The alarm sounded during the intrusion attempt, prompting the suspects to flee before stealing any property. Investigations are ongoing.
Break-In, 15 September 2025, 0224hrs, Chimurenga Street, Mbare, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the site. A response team was immediately dispatched and on arrival the team checked the site and saw no signs of any visible break in. Further investigations revealed that two unknown suspects had cut the locks of the adjacent property which is not manned by Safeguard security guards.
Suspicious Person, 05 September 2025, 4th Street, City Centre, Harare – A report was received from the guard on site after he sighted two unknown individuals attempting to breach the electric fence. They fled the scene upon after being seen by the guard.
Break-In, 25 September 2025, 0015hrs, Maxwell Road, Alexandra Park, Harare – The security guard on duty reported that he noticed unusual activity near the transformer before a loud noise was heard and total darkness. When the response team arrived, the transformer had been toppled, its cables cut, and oil drained. Tyre marks at the scene suggest the thieves had an unknown vehicle. Police investigations are underway.
Break-In, 23 September 2025, 0339hrs, Churchill Avenue, Alexandra Park, Harare – An alarm signal was received, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, they found the alarm sounding and the ZESA cage door open with no visible break-in. At 0356hrs, a panic signal was received from a nearby residence. Upon returning to the transformer, the team discovered the alarm system had been vandalized and copper cables cut but not stolen.
Break-In, 20 September 2025, 0235hrs, Bradford Street, Belmont, Bulawayo – Unknown intruders broke into the premises after scaling a precast wall and forcing entry into a ZESA transformer room. The suspects cut and removed copper cables but abandoned part of the loot after being intercepted by a night guard on patrol. Two lengths of 10 meters and one length of 5 meters of copper cable were recovered at the scene.
Break-In, 17 September 2025, Unknown Time, Borrowdale Road, Borrowdale, Harare – A call was received from the above-mentioned address, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team reported that an unknown number of intruders had vandalised the palisade bars in an attempt to gain entry before stealing 440 litres of fuel from the substation. The matter was reported to ZRP, and investigations are ongoing.
Armed Robbery, 14 September 2025, 0103hrs, Cleverland Road, Greendale, Harare – An attempted robbery was interrupted after an alarm sounded, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team discovered that three armed intruders had confronted the on-duty private guards, demanding money. The guards were restrained while the suspects tried to access the offices. The alarm activated during the incident, forcing the intruders to flee without stealing any property. ZRP attended the scene, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 05 September 2025, 1200hrs, Basset Crescent Road, Alexandra Park, Harare – A report of an attempted theft from a vehicle was received at the site. The guard on duty reported that unknown suspects broke the rear glass window of a parked Toyota Fortuner unnoticed. No items were reported stolen.
Theft, 06 September 2025, 1410hrs, Basset Crescent Road, Alexandra Park, Harare – A report was received from the site after a parent’s vehicle was broken into. It was reported that unknown suspects, in a small purple Honda Fit, forced entry into the vehicle and stole undisclosed valuables before fleeing the scene at high speed.
Break-In, 26 September 2025, 0113hrs, Second Street, City Centre, Mutare, Manicaland – An alarm signal was received from the site. The caretaker reported seeing three unidentified individuals inside the premises. Authorities confirmed that the shop doors had been damaged to gain entry. The intruders stole cash from the till but failed to access the shop’s safe. Investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 28 September 2025, 0210hrs, 15th Avenue, City Centre, Bulawayo – The guard on duty reported that a fire extinguisher had been stolen. CCTV footage confirmed that a young individual, who had been at the location searching for food, had stolen the equipment.
Theft, 18 September 2025, 0219hrs, Domboshava Road, Hatcliffe, Harare – A copper water pipe was reported stolen. A panic signal from the site prompted the immediate dispatch of a response team, who, upon arrival, were informed that the pipe had been stolen from the rear of the premises by unknown suspects. The precise time of the theft could not be established, as the culprits were not seen. Investigations are ongoing.
Armed Robbery, 17 September 2025, 0028hrs, Chimanimani Road, City Centre, Mutare, Manicaland – A panic signal was received shortly after midnight, and a response team was immediately dispatched and arrived within minutes. Fuel attendants reported that a man armed with a shotgun approached from the southern side of the premises, ordered them to lie down, and demanded their possessions. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Investigations are ongoing.
Robbery, 01 September 2025, 0145hrs, Durban Road, Nyakamete, Manicaland – An alarm signal was received from the site, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. The response team arrived within minutes. On arrival, they observed two suspects fleeing the scene. Inside the premises, two fuel attendants had been restrained. They stole money along with two mobile phones. The suspects attempted to access the vault but were deterred by the activation of the Safeguard UR fog. The matter has been reported to ZRP, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 22 September 2025, 1530hrs, 4TH Street, Mutare, Manicaland – Authorities are investigating the theft of an envelope containing US$2000 and raffle tickets. The envelope was mistakenly left in a room after a meeting and was only discovered missing the following afternoon. Two grounds men, who were assigned to clear the furniture from the room before it was locked, are suspected of involvement.
Break-In, 22 September 2025, Unknown Time, Park Lane, City Centre, Harare – A call was received from the security manager reporting that unknown intruders had broken into the reservations room and stolen three computers and a cell phone. Police attended the scene, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 18 September 2025, 1857hrs, Highlands, Harare – A panic signal was received from the Safeguard guard on duty, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team reported that a Toyota Hilux double cab had been broken into, and a laptop, which was under the car seat, had been stolen. The complainant filed a police report at ZRP Highlands, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 03 September 2025, 0420hrs, Samora Machel Avenue, City Centre, Harare – The guard on duty reported that the car park chain had been stolen by unknown intruders whilst he was away performing his routine patrols of the premises.
Armed Robbery, 29 September 2025, 0225hrs, Haydon Park, Mount Hampden, Harare – Two intruders, reportedly armed with pistols and wearing face masks, gained entry by breaking through a pre-cast wall. They overpowered the security guards, tying them with ropes, before breaking into the office. The robbers stole money, a CCTV unit, and a DVR before fleeing the scene through the rear gate. Safeguard Security and ZRP responded, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 15 September 2025, Unknown Time, Kwekwe Road, Gokwe, Midlands – A
Safeguard security guard on duty intercepted a truck carrying an unauthorised load of five additional crates of alcoholic beverages. The incident was immediately reported to the police, resulting in the apprehension of the accused. Investigations are ongoing.
Armed Robbery, 13 September, 0309hrs, Douglas Road, Workington, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the site. A response team was immediately dispatched and, upon arrival, met with a private guard who reported that while performing his duties outside, he was approached by three unknown suspects, two of whom were armed with firearms. The suspects tied him up before breaking the locks on the main gate and entering the premises. The alarm sounded, prompting the suspects to flee without taking any property. Police attended the scene, and investigations are ongoing.
Suspicious Vehicle, 12 September 2025, 1800hrs, Coventry Road, Belmont, Bulawayo – A Toyota Hilux D4D, registration ADE 1964, was reported outside the premises with open windows, unattended, and visible bloodstains on the vehicle. The matter was immediately reported to Donnington Police Station, and officers attended the scene. On the 14th of September 2025 at 1600hrs, the vehicle was collected by two individuals, a male and a female.
Theft, 10 September 2025, 1600hrs, Cardiff Road, Nyakamete, Mutare, Manicaland – A response team attended a report of an intruder within the premises. Upon arrival they heard that, the suspect, a 22-year-old male, had approached a truck driver under the pretense of being a colleague, claiming access to the vehicle while holding truck keys. After gaining the driver’s trust, the suspect stole a tollgate card. The guard on duty apprehended the individual before he could leave the premises. The stolen item was recovered, and investigations are ongoing.
Suspicious Person, 23 September 2025, 0315hrs, Inyathi, Matebeleland North – A phone call was received from the guard on duty reporting that during his patrols he sighted three unknown intruders in blue overalls trying to go underground. The intruders ran away upon seeing him.
Robbery, 11 September 2025, 0450hrs, Komboniyatswa Road, Epworth, Harare – A Safeguard employee was reportedly attacked by unknown assailants while en route to duty. The victim sustained a minor injury to his right leg. The incident was reported to ZRP, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 06 September 2025, 0600hrs, Fife Street, City Centre, Bulawayo – An affidavit was received from the guard reporting the theft of his uniform, including shirt, jacket, trousers, belt, identification card, lanyard with whistle, and button stick holder.
Theft, 26 September 2025, 0144hrs, Zengeza 5, Chitungwiza, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the residence, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. Upon arrival, the occupant reported seeing an unidentified individual jump into the property. CCTV footage later confirmed that the suspect, a male, had stolen a security light from the garden before fleeing the scene. ZRP attended, and investigations are ongoing.
Break-In, 24 September 2025, Unknown Time, Essex Road, Hillside, Bulawayo – Police are investigating a break-in that occurred early this morning. According to reports, unknown intruders gained access into the premises by cutting through the electric fence and forcing open the sitting room burglar bars. Four smartphones, US$1500, and car keys were reported stolen. ZRP and a response team attended the scene and investigations are ongoing.
Suspicious Person, 21 September 2025, 0012hrs, Enterprise Road, Highlands, Harare – The security guard on duty raised an alarm after intercepting an intruder. A response team was immediately dispatched, and on arrival, they found the guards having apprehended a suspect, who had allegedly trespassed onto the premises. The individual was reportedly wearing branded clothing of one of the companies at the site, raising suspicion of his presence. The suspect was subsequently transported to ZRP Highlands for further questioning.
Suspicious Person, 19 September 2025, 0005hrs, Kingfisher Street, Greenside, Mutare, Manicaland – A panic signal was received from the above-mentioned residence, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team heard from the client that his caretaker reported having sighted 3 unknown individuals within the premises. No visible signs of break-in were observed, and nothing was reported stolen.
Theft, 20 September 2025, Honeybear Lane, Unknown Time, Greystone Park, Harare – A report was received regarding the attempted theft of a gate motor at the above-mentioned residence. The suspects fled the scene without stealing anything.
Break-In, 19 September 2025, 0826hrs, Cecil Avenue, Hillside, Bulawayo – A panic signal was received from the above-mentioned site. A response team was immediately dispatched, and upon arrival, the team established that intruders had cut the razor wire at the corner of the property in an attempt to gain entry. The client reported seeing the suspect in the act, but the intruder fled after being disturbed by barking dogs. Nothing was reported stolen.
Robbery, 18 September 2025, 0206hrs, Marlborough Drive, Marlborough, Harare – The residence was targeted by unknown intruders who gained access through a faulty main entrance door. Once inside, they overpowered the caretaker and tied his hands and legs before stealing a cell phone and money. Response and ZRP attended the scene, and investigations into the incident are continuing.
Theft, 15 September 2025, Unknown Time, Gwenhure Road, Gweru, Midlands – A call was received from the client of the above address after unknown intruders broke into the residence and stole a car battery from an unlocked vehicle within the premises. Response attended, and investigations are ongoing.
Break-In, 15 September 2025, Unknown Time, Winston Close, Marlborough, Harare – A call was received from the above-mentioned residence at approximately 1600hrs, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team observed that unknown suspects had removed 6 tiles on the roof in an attempt to gain entry. They, however, fled the scene before they gained access, and nothing was reported stolen. Investigations are underway.
Break-In, 14 September, 0321hrs, Matopos Road, Famona, Bulawayo – A panic signal was received following an attempted break-in. A response team attended and, on arrival, found that the perimeter diamond fence had been cut in two locations on the southern side. CCTV footage captured a barefoot intruder dressed in black moving around the driveway. Police attended the scene, and investigations are ongoing. Nothing was reported stolen.
Break-In, 12 September 2025, 0015hrs, Kilmarnorh Road, Hillcrest, Bulawayo – An alarm signal was received from the site, prompting the immediate dispatch of a response team. On arrival, the team found that the property’s perimeter fence had been cut in two locations. CCTV footage captured a lone intruder dressed in black, wearing a balaclava and gloves, and carrying a satchel and bolt cutter. No items were reported missing, and investigations are ongoing.
Theft, 12 September 2025, Unknown Time, Richmond Road, Highlands, Harare – A call was received from the caretaker on site, who reported that their garden hose pipe and ZESA cables had been stolen from the residence by unknown intruders.
Theft, 10 September 2025, 0204hrs, Gwenhure Road, Southdown, Gweru, Midlands – The response team attended to a security call at the above-mentioned residence. On arrival, the occupant reported that unknown intruders had entered the premises and stolen a vehicle battery after the caretaker left the vehicle unlocked.
Theft, 20 September 2025, 1430hrs, Glenara Avenue, Highlands, Harare – Three male suspects deflated a customer’s tyre before stealing a bag from the passenger’s side of the vehicle. The incident occurred just as the customer’s stopped to inspect their vehicle, and the suspects grabbed the bag from a lowered window.
Break-In, 15 September 2025, 0224hrs, Chimurenga Street, Mbare, Harare – An alarm signal was received from the site. A response team was immediately dispatched. On arrival, the team checked the site and found no signs of a visible break-in, and no one was on site, but sighted two suspects running away when they arrived. Further investigation revealed that the suspects had cut the locks of the adjacent property, which has no security guards.
Armed Robbery, 12 September 2025, Unknown Time, Glenara Avenue, Highlands, Harare – According to reports, a vehicle carrying three unknown occupants followed a client’s car into the premises. While parking assistance was being provided, the suspects confronted the on-duty security guard and pointed a firearm at him before smashing the window of the client’s vehicle. The suspects fled the scene with money and a bag. The guard, who was unable to note the registration number due to the speed of events, pressed the panic button immediately, and a response team attended.
Suspicious Person, 12 September 2025, 0212hrs, Feruka Road, Mutare, Manicaland – A suspect was apprehended on site after being found between parked vehicles. The individual initially provided a false name and refused to give his residential address. The suspect reportedly offered the guards US$5 for his release, which was declined. A response team attended the scene and escorted the suspect to Chikanga Police Station. Upon further questioning, the suspect gave his real name. Investigations are ongoing.
On Friday, the 26th of September, a theft incident was reported at a Service Station in Pomona. The suspects are believed to have used a gold Nissan Tiida (ADH2211). Items reported stolen include a black handbag containing a Botswana passport, Zimbabwean and Botswana ID cards, FNB bank cards, and a blue Nike backpack which contained an Xbox. Police investigations are ongoing, and members of the public are urged to remain vigilant.
A wheat delivery convoy travelling towards Harare was subjected to two ambush attempts by a suspicious vehicle along the Bulawayo-Harare highway. According to reports, a Toyota Rukus first attempted to intercept the convoy near Nyoka Village before continuing its pursuit until Norton. The vehicle was accompanied by a 30-tonne truck, which trailed the convoy but disengaged upon approaching a police roadblock at Norton. The matter was reported to ZRP.
Police are investigating two alleged armed robberies that occurred in Masvingo Province within 24 hours. On Sunday, 14th of September 2025, suspects allegedly targeted a premises in Nyika and escaped with an unspecified number of firearms before midnight. The following day, a business in Jerera was allegedly robbed of an undisclosed amount of money.
Zimbabwe has recorded an eight percent decline in overall crime between January and August 2025 compared to last year, the ZRP has reported. Armed robberies have, however increased by four percent, highlighting a growing threat from criminals using firearms.

In Beitbridge, an 18-year-old man was targeted in connection with a robbery that occurred along the 285km peg along Bulawayo-Beitbridge Road on the 8th of September 2025 at 0130hrs. The suspect and three accomplices who remain at large, allegedly attacked a complainant who was hitchhiking, assaulted him and robbed him of US$400.

Three armed robbers staged a daylight heist at a bureau de change in Bulawayo’s CBD on Wednesday morning after disarming a private security guard. The suspects, who posed as customers, overpowered the guard, seized his firearm, and forced staff to open safes. They tampered with the CCTV system, erased footage, and fled the scene with cash and employees’ cell phones. Police suspect an inside job and have intensified efforts to arrest the suspects.

A 24-year-old woman from Mzilikazi suburb has appeared in court facing theft charges after allegedly breaking into a man’s car outside a local club. The accused, together with two accomplices; one still at large reportedly stole a cell phone and cash before fleeing the scene.
A suspected armed robber died on Friday following a high-speed police chase along the Chegutu Chinhoyi Road. According to ZRP, three suspects had earlier committed a violent robbery in Gadzema, Chegutu, where they allegedly used machetes to threaten a motorist before stealing more than US$200. Police tracked the suspects to Chegutu’s CBD, where a dramatic pursuit unfolded. Officers were forced to open fire after the suspects attempted to evade arrest, resulting in one fatality and the arrest of two others.

On the 21st of September 2025, a Madokero woman lost US$20 000 after unknown intruders broke into her bedroom and stole the money, which was in a jacket in her wardrobe.

On the 20th of September 2025, police arrested two suspects for a robbery which occurred at Mabvuku turn off on the 19th of September 2025. The two attacked and robbed the complainant after they gave him a lift to Mabvuku. The complainant was robbed of cell phone, a pair of shoes and a national ID Card before he was dumped near Old Shamva Road. One of the suspects was later arrested in Epworth, he was found wearing the stolen shoes. He then implicated the second suspect.

ZRP is investigating a suspected money laundering scheme in which a local wholesaler was allegedly defrauded of US$112 000. The scam reportedly involved vouchers purchased abroad and redeemed for goods and services in Zimbabwe. Although the wholesaler honoured the vouchers, the corresponding funds were not deposited into their account.

The Gwanda Magistrates’ Court has sentenced a 29-year-old after convicting him of unlawful entry and theft in Colleen Bawn. The court heard that on the 02nd of September 2025, the accused broke into the complainant’s house by forcing open the door latch with an unknown object before stealing a cell phone, solar panel, speaker, and two litres of cooking oil. Upon returning from church, the complainant discovered the break-in, and traced footprints leading to the accused’s home. A search of the premises resulted in the recovery of some of the stolen items.

A 48-year-old Bulawayo woman has been sentenced to 12 months in prison after converting to personal use US$1,040 that had been entrusted to her for the purchase of a residential stand. The court heard that the money was handed over in good faith under an agreement to secure the property, but the woman failed to fulfil the arrangement and instead converted the funds for personal use. None of the stolen money was recovered.

A 45-year-old Bulawayo man has been sentenced to one year in prison for stealing property from his employer. The man, who worked for a local telecommunications company, admitted to stealing utility poles and cables worth nearly US$400. The stolen property was recovered during a police search at his residence, although some items were damaged.

On the 11th of August 2025, police in Mayobodo arrested a 51-year-old man for unlawful possession of a revolver pistol loaded with three live rounds. The firearm was recovered hidden in a bush near Ntali Village. Investigations into the matter are continuing.

Two customer collection depot clerks in Chitungwiza have appeared in court accused of defrauding a company of more than US$8 500. The court heard that between the 31st of July and the 3rd of September 2025, the clerks allegedly manipulated the sales processing system by tampering with sales sheets and fraudulently swapping high-value stock with lower-value items on return receipts, pocketing the difference. The alleged scheme was uncovered after the company flagged irregular sales activity and initiated an internal audit, which revealed a shortfall. The matter is before the courts.

Police in the Midlands have arrested a Kwekwe suspect wanted for multiple violent crimes over the past seven years. The arrest was made at Zhombe East Business Centre during routine stop and-search operations. The individual is linked to offences including murder, attempted murder, assault, and property damage in Kwekwe District. Authorities urge the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings of wanted individuals to ensure community safety.
Police in Bulawayo have arrested a foreign national accused of defrauding several local companies of more than US$17,000 through a cross-border fraud scheme. The suspect allegedly posed as a supplier of groceries and other goods from South Africa, persuading businesses to pay deposits before disappearing without delivering. A 20-year-old man from Tsholotsho has been sentenced to four months in prison for stealing household electronics from a 77-year-old woman. The NPA reported that in September 2025, the suspect unlawfully entered the victim’s property and stole a speaker and a solar-powered inverter. He was later identified and reported to the police when he returned to the residence seeking employment.
Three individuals from Cowdray Park have appeared before the Bulawayo Regional Court after allegedly misappropriating US$34 500 meant for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe’s exhibition stand at the Harare Agriculture Show.

ZRP arrested a 25-year-old male for a robbery that occurred near Kenville High School in Kwekwe on the 1st of September 2025 at approximately 1900hrs. The suspect and his accomplice, who is still on the run, allegedly attacked a complainant and stole a suitcase with clothing as well as a phone and US$50 amongst other valuables.

Police in Mutare have arrested a 28-year-old man at Chigomba Business Centre for unlawful possession of a CZ pistol with a loaded magazine containing 10 rounds. Investigations revealed that the firearm had been stolen from a vehicle in Murambi suburb. Investigations are ongoing.

The Bulawayo High Court has denied bail to five alleged machete gang members accused of a series of armed robberies and property damage in the city’s eastern suburbs. The suspects, who face six counts including armed robbery and malicious damage to property, are alleged to have carried out violent attacks in Killarney and Parklands using banned weapons. The suspects have been remanded in custody until the 22nd of September 2025, when their trial is set to begin.
