Overall, there is an 8% decrease in reported criminal incidents for our customers, but theft alone is up 10%.
Nationwide, violent crimes continue to be reported at businesses and recently, churches.

Violent crime is a concern. Shots fired and exchanged in the prevention of break in and theft in the industrial areas Harare, a resident shot in Bulawayo, staff on site assaulted during a robbery in Pomona, and typically larger gangs involved in break in events.

Internally, crime increased by 21% in the past month with a significant increase in theft incidents whilst violent crime decreased (42% decrease).
